- WhatsApp number
- Contact email if voluntarily provided as profile/contact information

D.I.R.E. Pro does not use email as the login or account-recovery identity unless the platform expressly changes that policy in the future.

D.I.R.E. Pro may use information to:

3. Player Profile Information
Approved player-profile information may ultimately be made available to authorized agents, agencies, and professional basketball clubs through the private D.I.R.E. Pro network.
Private contact information may be handled separately from ordinary profile information and may be subject to additional access controls.
D.I.R.E. Pro does not make every piece of information collected about a player available to every user.
4. Mobile Numbers and Text Messaging
D.I.R.E. Pro uses mobile numbers for functions such as:
- Account verification
- One-time security codes
- Username recovery
- Password recovery
- Account-security communications
- Other requested account-related communications
Mobile information, text-messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be processed by service providers, telecommunications carriers, and messaging providers such as Twilio solely as necessary to deliver and operate D.I.R.E. Pro messaging and account-security services.
Message frequency varies based on account activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Where supported, users may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.
Opting out of messages required for account verification or security may prevent D.I.R.E. Pro from completing certain account functions.
5. How We Disclose Information
D.I.R.E. Pro may disclose information in limited circumstances, including:
Authorized Professional Network Users — approved player-profile information may be shared within D.I.R.E. Pro with authorized agents, agencies, and professional basketball clubs for the purpose of professional basketball discovery and evaluation.
Service Providers — information may be processed by companies that provide services necessary to operate D.I.R.E. Pro, including hosting, database, authentication, communications, security, and future payment services. These providers are permitted to process information only for legitimate service-related purposes.
Legal and Safety Reasons — information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with law or legal process
- Respond to lawful government requests
- Protect rights or property
- Investigate fraud or misuse
- Protect the security of D.I.R.E. Pro or its users
- Address emergencies or safety concerns
Business Transactions — if D.I.R.E. is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, restructuring, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law and appropriate protections.
The disclosures described above do not permit the sale or sharing of mobile-number or SMS opt-in/consent information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
6. We Do Not Sell SMS Consent
D.I.R.E. Pro does not sell text-messaging consent.
D.I.R.E. Pro does not sell, rent, or provide mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for their own advertising, marketing, or promotional use.
Consent to receive account-related or security-related SMS communications from D.I.R.E. Pro is limited to the applicable D.I.R.E. Pro messaging purpose.
7. Data Security
D.I.R.E. Pro uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.
These may include:
- Authentication controls
- Role-based access restrictions
- Verified mobile-number security
- Server-side authorization
- Database access controls
- Encryption and secure communications where appropriate
- Logging and monitoring
- Restricted access to private player information
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

D.I.R.E. Pro may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

Some security-sensitive information, including a verified recovery phone number, may require additional identity verification before it can be changed.
Users may contact D.I.R.E. Pro regarding questions or requests concerning their information.

D.I.R.E. Pro is intended for individuals seeking or participating in professional basketball opportunities.
Before production launch, D.I.R.E. will establish with legal counsel the appropriate minimum-age, parental-consent, and minor-user requirements for the jurisdictions in which the Service operates.
Until those requirements are finalized, D.I.R.E. Pro should not intentionally implement a policy representing that minors may independently enter binding paid agreements without any required consent.
11. International Users
D.I.R.E. Pro is intended to support basketball users internationally.
Information may therefore be processed in countries other than the country in which a user resides.
Before broad international launch, D.I.R.E. will evaluate any additional privacy notices, consent requirements, international-data-transfer requirements, or data-subject rights required by applicable law.

D.I.R.E. Pro may contain links to third-party websites or services, including social-media profiles, organizations, basketball content, or other external resources.
D.I.R.E. Pro is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

D.I.R.E. Pro may update this Privacy Policy as the Service develops or applicable requirements change.
The updated Policy will be posted publicly with a revised effective date.
