D.I.R.E. Pro is a private, invitation-only professional basketball network.

The Service is designed to provide approved players with access and visibility within a network that may include approved agents, agencies, and professional basketball clubs.

Access to D.I.R.E. Pro is controlled by D.I.R.E. and may require an access code, verification, approval, payment when applicable, or other eligibility requirements.

Receiving or purchasing access does not guarantee that a player will be approved, viewed, contacted, represented, recruited, signed, employed, invited to a tryout, offered a contract, or provided any other basketball opportunity.

D.I.R.E. Pro provides access and visibility. It does not guarantee outcomes.

D.I.R.E. Pro does not guarantee:

• Representation by an agent or agency
• A professional basketball contract
• Employment
• A roster position
• A tryout
• Contact from an agent, agency, or professional club
• A particular number of profile views or interactions
• Placement with any team, league, agency, or organization
• Any particular financial, athletic, or professional result

All agents, agencies, professional clubs, and other authorized users make their own independent decisions regarding players.

There is no general right to join D.I.R.E. Pro.

Access codes are issued or authorized by D.I.R.E. and may be:

• Limited to a particular account type
• Limited in the number of times they may be used
• Subject to expiration
• Deactivated by D.I.R.E.
• Invalidated if obtained, transferred, sold, copied, or used improperly

An access code does not itself guarantee approval or continued membership.

Player access and player approval are separate concepts.

A player may be required to complete D.I.R.E.'s review and verification process before becoming visible to professional users.

Payment, when implemented or required, does not constitute an endorsement by D.I.R.E. and does not automatically make a player approved, verified, or live on the network.

D.I.R.E. may approve, reject, suspend, remove, or request additional information concerning a player profile in accordance with its platform rules.

Professional-side access is limited to users approved by D.I.R.E., which may include agents, agencies, and professional basketball clubs.

Professional users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for using player information only for legitimate professional basketball purposes.

Access to D.I.R.E. Pro does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or representation relationship between D.I.R.E. and any professional user.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their username, password, verified mobile number, and account.

You may not:

• Share account credentials with unauthorized people
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Circumvent access controls
• Scrape, copy, harvest, or systematically extract platform data
• Attempt to interfere with platform security
• Use D.I.R.E. Pro for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes

D.I.R.E. may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create a security, legal, or integrity risk.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep material account and profile information reasonably current.

Players are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit concerning their identity, basketball background, measurements, availability, experience, film, statistics, and other profile information.

Professional users are responsible for the accuracy of information concerning their identity, organization, role, and professional affiliation.

Players may submit information, photographs, video links, statistics, basketball history, and other materials to D.I.R.E. Pro.

You retain ownership of content you own.

By submitting content to D.I.R.E. Pro, you authorize D.I.R.E. to host, reproduce, display, format, distribute, and make that content available within the Service as reasonably necessary to operate D.I.R.E. Pro and provide the network functionality you requested.

You represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide the content you submit.

Certain player contact information may be stored separately from ordinary player-profile information.

Where D.I.R.E. Pro offers controlled access to contact information, authorized professional users must use that information only for legitimate professional basketball-related purposes.

Users may not sell, publish, scrape, mass-distribute, or misuse private contact information obtained through D.I.R.E. Pro.

D.I.R.E. Pro may use SMS/text messaging for account-related communications, including:

• Mobile-number verification
• One-time verification codes
• Username recovery
• Password recovery
• Account-security notices
• Other account-related communications

By providing a mobile number for these functions, you agree to receive text messages necessary to provide the requested account and security services.

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out where supported. Reply HELP for help or contact D.I.R.E. Pro support at direnetworkllc@gmail.com.

Stopping certain account-security messages may limit D.I.R.E. Pro's ability to verify or recover your account.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

D.I.R.E. Pro does not treat consent to account/security messages as consent to unrelated promotional marketing messages. If promotional SMS programs are introduced, any consent required for those programs will be handled separately.

Privacy Policy

If D.I.R.E. Pro introduces paid memberships, applicable pricing, billing period, renewal information, cancellation terms, and other material payment terms will be presented before purchase.

Payment for membership or access does not guarantee representation, contracts, employment, placement, or any other professional basketball outcome.

Additional payment terms may apply when paid membership functionality launches.

D.I.R.E. may use trusted basketball individuals or organizations to help identify, evaluate, recommend, or verify players.

A verification or recommendation represents an evaluation or source relationship within the D.I.R.E. ecosystem. It is not a guarantee that a player will receive professional representation, a contract, employment, or another opportunity.

Any internal compensation or business arrangements between D.I.R.E. and its partners are separate from a player's rights under these Terms unless expressly stated otherwise.

You may not use D.I.R.E. Pro to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate another person
• Upload knowingly false or deceptive information
• Introduce malware or malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Circumvent account or role restrictions
• Collect platform data through automated means without written authorization
• Use player information for unrelated solicitation or unauthorized commercial purposes
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service

D.I.R.E. may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Account-security concerns
• Unauthorized sharing or misuse of platform information
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Conduct that threatens the integrity of the network

Where appropriate, D.I.R.E. may request additional information before restoring access.

D.I.R.E. Pro may rely on third-party service providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, payment processing, communications, analytics, or other technical services.

Those providers may process information as necessary to provide services to D.I.R.E. Pro and may have their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

D.I.R.E. Pro may add, remove, modify, suspend, or improve features over time.

D.I.R.E. does not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every country or at every time.

The D.I.R.E. name, D.I.R.E. Pro name, logos, branding, platform design, software, original platform content, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to D.I.R.E. and may not be copied or used without authorization except as permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, D.I.R.E. Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

D.I.R.E. does not warrant that use of the Service will result in any particular athletic, professional, employment, financial, or contractual outcome.

Nothing on D.I.R.E. Pro constitutes legal, financial, employment, or professional-agent advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, D.I.R.E. and its owners, officers, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of D.I.R.E. Pro.

Any additional limitations appropriate to paid memberships should be reviewed by D.I.R.E.'s legal counsel before paid launch.

D.I.R.E. may update these Terms from time to time.

When appropriate, users may be required to accept a new version before continuing to use certain portions of the Service.

D.I.R.E. will maintain records of the Terms version accepted through the platform where applicable.

The final governing-law, venue, dispute-resolution, arbitration, class-action waiver, and related provisions will be established with D.I.R.E.'s legal counsel before production launch.

Do not rely on this section as a final dispute-resolution provision until that legal review has occurred.
